1. General Use

 

By purchasing from this website, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate and complete information at checkout.
  • You will not use our site or services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, especially in cases of harassment, fraud, chargebacks, or inappropriate conduct.

 

2. Products & Orders



All items are made to order, including apparel, designs, and DTF transfers.

By placing an order, you understand that:


  • Slight variations in color, placement, or design may occur due to printing and screen differences.
  • Production times vary (see our Processing Times on the Shipping Policy page).
  • You have reviewed all sizing charts and product descriptions before purchase.



We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders, including those placed under the same account, credit card, or shipping address.


 

3. Custom Orders

For custom art, logos, or apparel:


  • Mockups or proofs may be provided when needed.
  • It is your responsibility to review and approve details before final production.
  • Once a design is approved, changes cannot be made without an additional fee.
  • We reserve the right to refuse custom orders containing hate speech, explicit content, or copyrighted material without permission.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

 

All prices are listed in USD.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment options shown at checkout.


Fraudulent transactions or chargeback abuse will result in blocked access to future services.

 


5. Shipping


Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

We are not responsible for:


  • Delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • Customs fees for international orders

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

 

Because all items are handmade and made-to-order, all sales are final.

We only offer replacements or refunds for:


  • Incorrect items
  • Damaged items
  • Defective items
  • Orders canceled within the 12-hour window
  • Duplicate accidental orders
  • Items we are unable to fulfill

7. Intellectual Property

 

All designs, artwork, graphics, text, branding, and photos on this website are the property of Divergent Custom Apparel.


You may not copy, reproduce, sell, resell, or distribute any content without written permission.

Purchasing a design or transfer does not grant commercial reproduction rights unless explicitly stated.

 

8. User-Submitted Content

 

If you provide custom ideas, text, photos, or artwork:


  • You confirm that you own the rights to that content
  • You grant us permission to use the content for production
  • You agree that we are not liable for copyright issues arising from content you submit

 

We may (with your permission) share photos of your finished items for marketing unless you request otherwise.


9. Limitations of Liability

Divergent Custom Apparel is not liable for:


  • Allergic reactions to materials
  • Misuse or improper care of items
  • Delivery issues caused by carriers
  • Errors in user-provided information (address, sizing, design details)



Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

 

10. Privacy

 

Your personal information is used only to process orders and communicate with you.

We do not sell or share your data.

DTF Transfer Disclaimer & Durability Notice

 

DTF transfers are durable, long-lasting, and professional quality, but final results depend on correct application, garment choice, fabric content, and wash care.


By purchasing DTF transfers from Divergent Custom Apparel, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

Durability Disclaimer

 

  • We guarantee the print quality of the transfers themselves upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect heat settings, pressing errors, incompatible fabrics, or improper washing/drying.
  • Transfers may appear faded, cracked, or peel early if:
    • Pressed with insufficient pressure
    • Pressed at the wrong temperature
    • Pressed for too short or too long
    • Applied to coated, textured, or heat-sensitive fabrics
    • Washed before cooling completely
    • Washed on hot or dried on high heat

 

Garment Disclaimer

Not all fabrics bond to DTF equally. Polyester, moisture-wicking, or heavily textured garments may require:


  • Multiple presses
  • Increased pressure
  • Lower temperature settings

 

We are not responsible for failed presses on materials not recommended for DTF.


Color Variation Notice

Colors may vary slightly due to:

 

  • Monitor and screen differences
  • Environmental humidity during your press
  • Fabric absorption

 

This is normal for all professional transfer processes.


 

🔥 DTF Transfer Prep & Press Instructions

 

Follow these steps for best results and maximum durability.


Before You Press

  1. Pre-press the garment for 5–7 seconds to remove moisture and flatten fibers.
  2. Ensure the surface is smooth, lint-free, and wrinkle-free.
  3. Use a heat press only — not a household iron.

 

Pressing Instructions

 

Temperature: 285–305°F

Pressure: Heavy / firm pressure is crucial

Time: 10–15 seconds


(Every press varies slightly — adjust as needed for your equipment.)


Steps:


  1. Place the transfer design side down, film side up.
  2. Cover with parchment or a teflon sheet.
  3. Press for 10–15 seconds with firm pressure.
  4. Allow the item to cool completely before peeling ,cold peel only.
  5. Slowly peel the film from one corner.
  6. Second Press (recommended):
    • Cover with parchment
    • Press for 5–7 seconds to lock in durability


 

🧼 Washing & Care Instructions

 

For longest-lasting transfers:


  • Wait 24 hours before washing.
  • Wash inside out on cold.
  • Use mild detergent (no bleach or fabric softener).
  • Hang dry or tumble dry low.
  • Do not iron directly on the design.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers on the print area.

 


❗ Important Notes

  • We do not replace transfers or apparel due to pressing errors, incorrect settings, garment choice issues, or post-wash damage.
  • Please test on a sample garment if you are unsure of your settings or fabric type.
  • If you run a small business, we strongly recommend pressing a test transfer before fulfilling customer orders.
